When we moved to Tasmania back in March 2000 and I got into my trout fishing here I started off keeping my trip reports in a small yellow booklet, the following year I bought a proper diary to keep my reports & records in. Every time I got home from a spin session as I do even today I sat down and wrote my report & what I caught. At first the reports were small hand hand written, then once I got to know the areas and rivers better the longer the reports became the diaries got bigger. Then I bought a second hand computer (2012) and self taught myself how to use it and do my trout reports. Today with a newer computer I'm much better using it, even though I'm slow I still get the reports & photos done. Now I print them out each time a report is finished and put them in a dairy I also do a monthly Trout Stalker Report as well, I've gone one better by having a YouTube site for a couple of years. I've enjoyed doing the trout reports & videos, they're always good to look back on.. Anyway here's a few photos of the diaries etc..
