Derwent river searunners.

Found a few hours sat morning to sneak out and put some hours on the f25.  Tried a few usual haunts from old beach to new norfolk without much luck.  Drifted down towards lime kilns and decided to have a troll along the channel edge opposite.  Well 6 fish later and 4 lost all in about a hour and a half made for a great day on the water.   Got home a little later than expected with the usual look from the better half. Looks like the river is doing well.

That's good going, Zimmer:  the river is doing very well indeed!

How are you liking the motor?  Are you happy you chose the Yamaha?

Looks like a couple of the fish we caught and released from there recently.

Certainly some very silver looking fish, though a lot of the residents are the same colour.
