Nice mate..i made some myself ..but may i ask how do.u get it too hold the sausage shspe ..put mine in a pvc pipe but then she went like a pattie . Maybe mines got too much water .??

I freeze mine in 20 ltr buckets then when i use them put a full block inside 2 milk crates tied together and they last from 2 to 4 hours depending on water temperature
