fishing in the channel off boat

hey all so ive aquired a small row boat and ive been out on the drift lots of flathead on the incomig low tide litrealy one after the outher all seem to be 2cm off size witch sucked but 2 hours of drifting produced 9 fish bigger than 34cm and was a nice feed but got curious as to were the big ones are and what else i could catch in the channel out from snug thanks

Plenty of calimari out off snug beach. Provided there isn't too much fresh in the bay. Always a few good flathead umongst the weed banks aswell, soft plastics fish better then bait.
